Product Development Coordinator

Kinsa is recruiting for a: Product Development Coordinator 
Location: Chicago, IL

Join a fast-growing snack food company with nationwide distribution across retail and grocery channels. This hands-on role will lead new product innovation while ensuring quality and consistency across an expanding product portfolio.

3-6 years of experience in food product development, R&D, QA, or product management required; snack food or CPG experience preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:
• $80,000-$100,000 base salary
• Performance-based bonus

Key Responsibilities and Goals:
• Lead new product development and commercialization
• Partner with co-manufacturers and suppliers
• Conduct product formulation, testing, and production trials
• Monitor product quality and investigate issues
• Manage customer complaints and corrective actions
• Oversee organic, Non-GMO, and Kosher certifications

Competencies Needed for Success:
• 3-6 years of food industry experience
• Product development and commercialization expertise
• Strong QA and food manufacturing knowledge
• Experience working with co-packers and suppliers
• Self-starter comfortable in a small, growing team
• Ability to travel to manufacturing facilities as needed
