What You’ll Do:
As an Accounting Supervisor, you will play a vital role in managing the organization’s accounting and financial reporting activities within a manufacturing environment. Your expertise will support financial planning, ensure compliance, and drive operational efficiency. This is a key leadership position that offers the opportunity to influence business outcomes and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Assist in preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Oversee general ledger accounting, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial records.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Lead manufacturing cost accounting, inventory management, and variance analysis.
• Partner with operations and plant leadership to drive cost control and profitability improvements.

Qualifications You Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/CMA preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in manufacturing and cost accounting.
• Experience managing General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Inventory within an ERP environment.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP systems.
• Manufacturing experience, preferably in food and beverage (not a deal breaker).
• Excellent Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and Power Query.
• Ability to lead audits and support cross-functional teams.
