What You’ll Do:
As a Label Design Technician, you will play a vital role in designing and managing the printing of labels for our client’s products. Your expertise in label software and database integration will ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient label production. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet labeling standards and streamline processes.

  • Design and create labels using CodeSoft and BarTender software for barcode labels, RFID tags, and product labels.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize label templates to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Integrate label templates with SQL databases and ERP systems to automate data flow.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to label printing and software functionality.
  • Ensure labels comply with industry standards such as GS1, RFID, and FDA regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand labeling requirements and provide technical support.

Qualifications You Have:

  • Expert proficiency in CodeSoft and BarTender label design software.
  • Strong experience designing barcode, RFID, and product labels.
  • SQL/database integration skills for connecting labels to ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of labeling standards and compliance (GS1, FDA, RFID).
  • Excellent troubleshooting, automation, and process optimization skills.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field; preferred.
  • Ability to work on-site near Los Angeles, CA.
