What You’ll Do:
As the Operations Manager, you’ll lead day-to-day distribution center performance while building a strong, accountable team culture. This role is central to driving productivity, inventory accuracy, safety, and profitability—balancing hands-on leadership on the floor with strategic planning and KPI ownership.
• Lead warehouse operations across shipping, receiving, order processing, packing, put-away, returns, and inventory control
• Drive productivity and profitability through labor planning, workflow optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Establish and maintain inventory integrity programs (cycle counts, consolidation, accuracy controls)
• Partner with internal leadership and HR to hire, coach, develop, and manage performance for warehouse associates and supervisors
• Monitor and manage claims, error rates, overtime, and KPI performance; analyze and present operational data to senior leadership
• Maintain a clean, safe, secure facility and direct safety programs to ensure compliance and a strong safety culture
Qualifications You Have:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
• 5–7+ years of warehouse management experience (minimum 5 years required)
• 3PL distribution experience, with preference for Food & Beverage environments
• Experience managing teams and driving performance
• Proficiency with WMS/inventory and database software
• Ability to work a Mon–Fri schedule with some weekends; able to lift up to 50 lbs.
