An experienced beverage sales leader with 20 years of expertise in distributor development, market execution, and brand building across the beer, kombucha, and THC segments. Excels in developing strategic partnerships, managing multi-state territories, and launching new products to expand distribution and increase retail presence.

– Experience building brands through distributor partnerships, disciplined market execution, and relationship-driven selling.
– Proven success managing multi-state territories, developing annual business plans, launching new products, and growing distribution across chain and independent retail.
– Experienced leading distributor relationships from strategy through execution by working alongside sales teams, identifying opportunities in the market, and delivering sustainable growth for emerging beverage brands.
– Proven track record of leading teams, managing multi-state territories, and delivering measurable revenue growth
– Demonstrated success in building retail displays, executing promotional campaigns, and launching new products that drive sales volume and market share

EDUCATION: Bachelor of Arts from University of Northern Iowa

COMPENSATION: Base salary expectation in the $100,000-110,000 range plus incentives.
