A results-oriented leader dedicated to building high performing organizations and profitable growth through strategic market analysis and operational efficiency. Co-Founded and sold a bakery to a Private Equity Firm.

COMPENSATION: Base salary expectation in the $350,000 – $375,000 range plus incentives.
