SKILLS AND ACHIEVEMENTS:
– Oversaw construction of 250+ corporate renovations and new construction projects on a global basis
– Successful in transforming underperforming restaurants by focusing on profitability and brand consistency
– Budget responsibility of $280M
– Manage all legal and contractual aspects of real estate transactions
EDUCATION: BA in Interior Design
COMPENSATION: Base salary expectation dependent on responsibilities and cost of living but likely in the $300K range plus incentives
