SEEKING A ROLE AS: Operations Director, Director of Food & Beverage, General Manager, or Senior Operations Leadership within hospitality, foodservice, private clubs, or other service-driven organizations.

SKILLS & ACHIEVEMENTS:
Accomplished hospitality and food & beverage operations leader with 28+ years of experience leading high-volume restaurants, private clubs, and complex service operations generating up to $17M annually. Brings extensive experience in P&L management, team development, operational improvement, guest experience, and revenue growth. A hands-on leader with a strong track record of developing managers, establishing operational standards, controlling costs, and building service-focused cultures.
28+ years of food & beverage, hospitality, and operations leadership experience
Led high-volume operations generating up to $17M in annual revenue
Extensive P&L ownership, budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and cost-control experience
Proven success leading and developing teams of 100+ employees across multiple departments
Experienced in building operational standards, improving efficiencies, and elevating guest experience
Brings additional beverage expertise as a Level 1 Sommelier, with strong knowledge of wine, quality, presentation, and service standards
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science, with additional coursework in General Studies.
COMPENSATION:
Targeting a base salary in the $150,000 range plus incentives, depending on the scope of the position and overall compensation package.
