Director of Sales and Business Development Candidate

SEEKING A ROLE AS: US Sales Director for a small or mid-sized food processing company in the beverage or consumer goods sector.

IN LOCATION: currently living in Nashville, TN metro area. No relocation. Open to onsite in the area, hybrid, or remote work with travel.

SKILLS & ACHIEVEMENTS:
A highly experienced sales leader in the consumer goods and adult beverage industry with 19 years of comprehensive expertise spanning supplier, importer, and brokerage roles.

Demonstrated success in building national account and distributor networks, managing full P&L responsibilities, and driving brand growth in competitive markets. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, develop strategic sales initiatives, and negotiate complex agreements.

– 19 years of industry experience in beer, spirits, and wine segments
– Skilled in national account management, import/export, global sourcing, and private label development
– Extensive leadership experience managing sales teams and distributor networks
– Managed responsibilities involving multi-million dollar revenue volumes and margin optimization
– Proven success in launching new beverage brands and expanding market reach

EDUCATION:
– Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Chapman University
– Certificate in Executive Management from the University of Notre Dame

COMPENSATION: Base salary expectation in the $250,000 range, plus incentives aligned with responsibilities and performance.
