SEEKING A ROLE AS: Winemaker/Production Operations Leadership for a small or mid-sized food processing company in the Food & Beverage / Hospitality.

IN LOCATION: Currently living in Detroit, MI. Looking to leave Detroit: Open to relocation. Worksite Preference: Open.

SKILLS & ACHIEVEMENTS:
This Candidate is an accomplished operations and wine program expert with extensive leadership experience in hospitality and beverage production. With over a decade of industry experience, particularly in wine management, operations, and brand development, he brings a comprehensive skill set ideal for expanding or optimizing wine and beverage programs within a food processing environment.

• Industry Experience & Product Expertise: Over 10 years in operations related to wine and spirits, including management of wine programs, beverage operations, and team leadership.
• Leadership & Team Management: Managed and trained diverse teams, executing staff training, operations, and service protocols for multiple hospitality venues.
• Revenue & Cost Control: Successfully developed, costed, and managed wine programs and beverage operations, contributing to financial growth and profitability.
• Classically Trained in Enology & Distillation: Holds a BSc in Enology.

EDUCATION: Candidate holds a Bachelor of Science in Enology Associate degree in Liberal Arts from Oakland Community College. He also holds a Craft Distillation Certificate.

COMPENSATION: Base salary expectation is approximately $100,000 plus incentives, aligned with industry standards and responsibilities.
