SEEKING A ROLE AS: Senior Vice President, COO, Global Business Services Leader, or Transformation Executive for a small or mid-sized consumer products, food & beverage, distribution, retail support, or services organization.

SKILLS & ACHIEVEMENTS:
Highly accomplished enterprise operations and transformation executive with 20+ years of experience leading and scaling shared services, operational transformation, and customer operations organizations within consumer products and retail-adjacent environments. Known for building scalable infrastructure, improving operational efficiency, optimizing service delivery, and leading complex integrations while maintaining a highly collaborative and people-focused leadership style.
Extensive experience in Global Business Services (GBS), Order-to-Cash, customer operations, process optimization, strategic outsourcing/BPO management, automation initiatives, and enterprise transformation.
Led organizations ranging from 20 to 1,700+ employees across multiple geographies, including direct leadership of senior operational and functional leaders.
Responsible for operational P&Ls up to $350MM, with proven success balancing operational efficiency, service quality, customer experience, and organizational growth.
Delivered $30MM+ in cumulative operational savings through strategic centralization, process redesign, automation initiatives, vendor optimization, and shared services transformation efforts.
Deep expertise leading post-acquisition integrations, consolidating operational functions, standardizing processes, and building scalable business infrastructure across large and complex organizations.
Strong cross-functional leadership experience partnering with executive leadership, finance, operations, customer teams, technology, and commercial organizations to align operational strategy with long-term business objectives.
Recognized for building high-performing teams, improving accountability, developing future leaders, and creating operational structures that support sustainable growth without losing the human side of leadership.

COMPENSATION:
Current compensation structure is approximately $225K base plus bonus/incentive, depending on scope, organizational structure, and long-term opportunity.
