SEEKING A ROLE AS:
Executive Commercial Leader (CCO, VP Sales, or Head of Commercial) for a mid-sized to large food manufacturing or distribution company within the natural, specialty, or grocery food sectors.
IN LOCATION:
Plainview, NY (local to NYC/Long Island market)

High-impact commercial leader known for driving revenue growth, margin expansion, and market share gains across the natural, specialty, and grocery food sectors. This candidate brings a rare blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution, with deep experience scaling both brands and teams in complex manufacturing and distribution environments.
• 15+ years of leadership experience across food manufacturing, distribution, and specialty/natural food sales
• Proven executive leadership with oversight of large-scale teams, including up to 8 direct and 340+ indirect reports across sales, category, and cross-functional functions
• Full P&L ownership up to $400M, with demonstrated success improving gross margins by 5%+ through strategic account growth and product mix optimization
• Expert in go-to-market strategy, brand repositioning, and channel expansion across retail, grocery, and specialty channels
• Strong background in B2B sales, high-level negotiations, and category management, with a focus on natural, organic, and better-for-you food segments
• Data-driven decision maker leveraging SPINS, IRI, and Nielsen analytics to inform strategy, optimize assortments, and drive sustainable growth
• Recognized for building and developing high-performing teams and scalable commercial infrastructures that support long-term growth
EDUCATION:
Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications – Boston University
COMPENSATION:
Target base salary: $250,000+, plus bonus/incentive, aligned with scope and impact of role
