SEEKING A ROLE AS:
Technical Sales / Sales Engineer, Product Manager, VP of Production, or Co-Packer Management at a mid-sized to large beverage company (or adjacent industry) with customers in manufacturing/production.
Highly adaptable and experienced in dynamic, high-growth environments. A hands-on leader who learns the responsibilities of his direct reports to lead with clarity, empathy, and efficiency. Brings deep, sustained experience (not short stopovers) in Operations/Production, B2B Technical Sales, Raw Materials, and Packaging. Equally comfortable on the production floor or in front of C-level executives, with a proven track record of building trust, improving processes, and driving results across the beverage industry.
IN LOCATION:
Currently based in Cleveland, OH — open to roles requiring travel up to 75%.
SKILLS & ACHIEVEMENTS:
– 24 years of experience in the food & beverage industry, spanning restaurants, beer production (both pub and distribution), and B2B sales of ingredients and packaging
– Technical sales skills: C-suite engagement, consultative selling, problem solving, and negotiation
– Production operations expertise: workflow optimization, scheduling, quality assurance, and client expectation management
– Team leadership: managed teams of up to 5 direct reports (brewers, packaging managers, event and wait staff)
Financial responsibility:
– $20MM in ingredient sales (annual revenue)
– $5MM in packaging sales
– $3MM capital budget for brewery buildout
– ERP Implementation (Ekos), equipment sourcing/installation, and startup SOP development
– Currently completing Lean Six Sigma Green Belt to strengthen continuous improvement capabilities
EDUCATION:
– BBA, Finance – St. Bonaventure University
– Postgraduate Diploma, Brewing and Distilling – Heriot-Watt University
– Lean Six Sigma Green Belt – Cleveland State University, expected October 2025
COMPENSATION:
Seeking a minimum base salary of $110,000 with benefits (healthcare, 401(k), PTO, etc.). Targeting total compensation of $150,000+ including incentives and bonuses.
