SEEKING A ROLE AS: Sales Executive, Food Marketer, Brand Advisor, Market Strategist at a small or mid-sized food products company that can utilize her knowledge of athletic nutrition, product development, market assessment and rollout. Also open to consulting on new products and product formulation like protein content, clean label ingredients, etc.
IN LOCATION: Currently living in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and open to travel 50%

A passion for healthy food options started after I was tapped on the shoulder to help a food entrepreneur take their dream to reality. It was an opportunity to get behind the scenes and make a difference. I’ve worked for a variety of companies representing small to large brands. As a trusted advisor, I dig in and bring ideas to market, find the ideal sales channels, partners and teams.
Realizing very quickly that athletes particularly struggle with one-the-go healthy food options, I made it my mission to become a resource for whoever wanted to make a positive change in their lives or in the case of food companies, with their product offerings. Trends for 2025 indicate that consumers want healthy, affordable, functional options.
My passion for healthy options coupled with a custom nutrition plan is part of the success of my children’s athletic careers.
In 2024, our son won a Gold Medal at the World Track and Field event in Peru for the discus and our daughter is ranked 8th in the US in Women’s Powerlifting.
After our son signed on with Nike, I was asked to help spearhead Nike’s athlete nutrition program under the NSAF – National Scholastic Athletic Program. Additionally, I help as a trusted advisor, to brands that want healthier options. I present at various events and pilot conversations with brands whose focus is to lead the market by offering better options. I welcome challenges, lead with high energy and enthusiasm and enjoy assembling teams to create a solution.
My career has been dedicated to building, driving, and cultivating brands, people, and organizations to be their best. I have led sales and marketing organizations that range from large to small, even start-ups. (Case IH (CNH), GE, NOVO1, QuirkyFoods LLC., Medical College of WI. to list a few.) I have started 4 businesses and helped others in their growth.
I am passionate about partnering with organizations that are also passionate about health and sustainability all while providing health-conscious products.
I have relationships that range from ingredient developers, food manufacturers, co-packers/contract manufacturers, distributors, and retail channels.
Provided is a brief snapshot:
– Worked with an ingredient developer & UW Madison, to take the product from vision to market. Developed and launched sales and marketing programs. Created strategic rollout plans and launched test markets and consumer feedback channels. Leveraged holistic channel marketing and ignited a strategic playbook that leveraged social influences and channels. The company sold its secret formula to a private company for integration into a series of new food channels.
– Obtained UW Madison Certification with the Innovations Group-Dairy & plant based.
– Sourced investors, partnerships, and industry mentors: Sysco, UNFI, Health Hut, Sendiks. Cedar Crest, Ben & Jerry’s, Denali Foods, and various co-packers.
– Worked with a brand to add more “protein” to their current product offerings.
EDUCATION: MBA from Marquette University and BA in Business Administration from Mount Mary College
COMPENSATION: Base salary expectation dependent on responsibilities but open to full-time or contract work at $125/hour or salary in the $150,000 range plus incentives.
