SKILLS & ACHIEVEMENTS: Revenue-driving marketing and commercial leader with deep experience scaling emerging beverage brands, launching new products, and building high-performing teams across THC beverages, craft beer, and innovation-driven CPG.
• 25+ years of experience in beverage, brand strategy, and go-to-market leadership, including THC seltzer, craft beer, and cannabis-derived beverage innovation
• Proven growth builder: delivered sustained 41% quarter-over-quarter volume growth for eight consecutive quarters and expanded account base by 25% quarter-over-quarter
• Revenue accountability: led outcomes including 200% revenue growth in 2023, 200%+ revenue growth in 2024, and 150% revenue growth with positive cash flow in 2025
• Team leadership: currently runs marketing, sales, and operations with 25 direct reports; previously led a 28-person innovation organization and as many as 125 in past roles.
• New product development and commercialization at scale: shipped 115+ new SKUs in a 12-month period and drove $85M in expected annualized new product revenue
• End-to-end business leadership: annual planning, P&L ownership, forecasting, route-to-market development, wholesale expansion, innovation, brand management, and DTC growth
• Brand and category expertise: built velocity leadership in chain liquor and grocery through integrated brand marketing and disciplined execution
EDUCATION: B.A. in Psychology, DePauw University
COMPENSATION: Base salary expectation dependent on cost of living and responsibilities but likely in the $250,000 range plus incentives.
