SEEKING A ROLE AS: Executive marketing leader (Head of Marketing, CMO, or VP Marketing) focused on driving growth and brand innovation in CPG, beverage, and Better-For-You food sectors. Experienced in startup and scale-up environments, with a hands-on approach to team leadership, integrated campaigns, and strategic partnerships.

IN LOCATION: Austin, TX – open to on-site, remote, or 50–70% travel

SKILLS & ACHIEVEMENTS:
– 20+ years of leadership in CPG and beverage marketing, growing both challenger brands and multibillion-dollar portfolios
– Expert in end-to-end brand strategy, from consumer insights to visual identity, messaging, and omnichannel product launches
– Successful track record of high-profile partnerships with elite athletes and celebrities to fuel consumer and distributor engagement
– Built and led cross-functional marketing teams (7+), including brand, content, social, strategy, and analytics
– Scaled a plant-based milk brand from $12M to $75M using digital advertising on Amazon, Meta, and Instacart, achieving 2–3x category-average ROAS
– Deep experience in retail and trade marketing—securing national distribution and executing programs that boost shelf presence and sales
– Early career success at PepsiCo, launching award-winning campaigns for Mountain Dew, SunChips, and AMP Energy
– Skilled in digital marketing, social media (Instagram, TikTok), event activations, and guerrilla tactics for fast-moving, tech-forward brands

COMPENSATION: Base salary expectations around $250,000, depending on location and role scope, plus performance-based incentives
