SEEKING A ROLE AS: Regional or National Sales Manager for a small or mid-sized food processing company in the Food Manufacturing and Distribution.
IN LOCATION: Currently living in MA. Worksite Preference: Remote.

This candidate is a highly experienced food industry professional with over 20 years of success driving growth across retail grocery channels. His extensive background includes managing key accounts, launching new products, expanding distribution networks, and building profitable businesses in competitive markets. Daniel possesses expertise in strategic business development, sales leadership, branded and private label programs, and distribution expansion, alongside operations, sanitation, and quality control.
• His core skills include strategic business growth, national and regional account management, broker and distributor network leadership, and new product launches.
• Managed teams of direct reports and led business units that generated multi-millions in revenue, notably boosting sales with major national retailers and foodservice accounts.
• Responsible for revenue growth exceeding $15 million at a baked goods company, as well as significant sales increases for a confections company and other major organizations.
• Classically trained in private label program development, private and national/regional account management, and logistics.
EDUCATION: This candidate holds a Master’s in Management and an MS in Management, and certain certifications including HACCP from NOAA and Associate Member of ACF from IDDBA.
COMPENSATION: Base salary expectation dependent on responsibilities and location, likely in the $150+ range plus incentives.
