Multi-Unit Director of Operations Candidate

SEEKING A ROLE AS: Director of Operations in multiple food or beverage processing environments.

IN LOCATION: This candidate currently resides in OH and is open to relocating to more areas of the US.

SKILLS:
– 20 years of progressive operations leadership in a food/beverage processing environment
– Has experience in dairy, beverage pharma, ingredients, and more
– Has experience with Lean and CI initiatives
– Has experience in food safety and quality assurance standards
– Has had full P&L responsibility

EDUCATION: Has a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering

COMPENSATION: This candidate is targeting 230-250k on the base, bonus, benefits, and relocation if needed.
