A seasoned CPG Grocery Retail Sales Executive with 20+ years of progressive leadership experience across food, beverage, and distribution platforms. Proven track record of driving national account growth, managing distributor and broker networks, and scaling both established and emerging brands within major grocery retail chains. Brings deep expertise in the Natural Channel, premium brands, and functional beverage categories. Known for aggressive yet consultative selling, strategic negotiation, and delivering measurable revenue growth. Able to open new retail doors, expand distribution, manage trade spend effectively, and drive sustained category growth across national and regional markets.

SKILLS & ACHIEVEMENTS:
– 20+ years of CPG grocery retail and distribution sales leadership across food and beverage categories, managing $400k trade budget and exceeding growth metrics.
– Managed major HQ-level retail accounts including Whole Foods, Kroger, Albertsons/Jewel, Meijer, Hy-Vee, Sprouts, Fresh Thyme, and regional chains nationwide.
– Directed broker and distributor relationships including UNFI, KeHE, European Imports, Lipari, and regional specialty distributors.
– Grew regional distribution by 34% resulting in 112% YOY sales growth within first 19 months in a premium beverage portfolio.
– Delivered 31% and 43% YOY territory growth in natural channel beverage start-up environment.
– Oversaw $95MM in national protein procurement and distribution for 175+ foodservice chain outlets, representing 60%+ of total company revenue.

EDUCATION: Bachelor of Arts – Social Sciences

COMPENSATION: Base salary expectation in the $120,000 – $130,000 range depending on total compensation package, incentive structure, and scope of responsibility.
