SEEKING A ROLE AS: C-Suite for a small or mid-sized food processing company in the Foodservice.

IN LOCATION: Currently living in Ohio. Is willing to relocate depending on location. Worksite preference is open (Onsite, Hybrid, Remote).

SKILLS & ACHIEVEMENTS:
This candidate is a highly accomplished executive with extensive experience in driving business performance, optimizing EBITDA, and leading large teams across diverse sectors. This candidates background spans over 20 years of leadership in finance, operations, and strategic initiatives within the foodservice, and hospitality industries. This candidates proven track record includes delivering double-digit EBITDA growth, increasing profitability in flat sales environments, and managing multi-million dollar financial structures.
• Industry experience in foodservice, and hospitality, with a focus on operational excellence, financial restructuring, and strategic growth.
• Managed teams of up to 300 employees, overseeing multiple disciplines including finance, operations, HR, and legal.
• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and improve profitability, with responsibilities for budgets exceeding hundreds of millions in revenue.
• Classically trained in corporate finance, restructuring, and strategic management.

EDUCATION:
MBA in Marketing from Cleveland State University (Cum Laude).
BBA in Accounting from Ohio University (Cum Laude).

COMPENSATION:
Base salary expectation in the $225 – 250k range, plus incentives, dependent on responsibilities and geographic considerations.
