SEEKING A ROLE AS: COO / President / General Manager level leadership role within a small to mid-sized Food & Beverage, Nutraceutical, or regulated manufacturing organization.

IN LOCATION: Currently based in the Greater Chicago Area, Illinois. Open to significant travel throughout North America and internationally as needed. Preference for onsite or hybrid leadership environments. Not seeking full relocation at this time.

SKILLS & ACHIEVEMENTS: This executive is an accomplished manufacturing and operational executive with over 30 years of progressive leadership experience across food & beverage manufacturing, industrial operations, manufacturing modernization, operational scaling, and enterprise transformation environments. He has a proven track record of leading complex organizations through growth initiatives, operational improvement, commercialization, and large-scale capital projects within highly regulated and operationally intensive manufacturing businesses.

He is recognized for effectively aligning operations, engineering, commercial execution, and organizational strategy to enhance profitability, operational performance, consistency, and scalable growth across multi-site manufacturing environments.

• Industry experience includes food & beverage manufacturing, regulated production environments, operational modernization, manufacturing systems, automation, commercialization, and enterprise operational leadership.
• Led global multi-functional organizations of over 70 employees across operations, engineering, commercialization, PMO, product development, and manufacturing support functions.
• Managed large-scale operational and capital initiatives, including multimillion-dollar modernization programs and enterprise transformation projects supporting global manufacturing organizations.
• Skilled in operational governance, KPI management, strategic planning, organizational scaling, customer partnerships, commercialization initiatives, and cross-functional leadership.
• Built operational leadership foundations utilizing Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, Fortive Business System, and Toyota/Danaher-influenced methodologies emphasizing accountability, disciplined execution, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

EDUCATION: This candidate earned a Degree in Electrical Engineering/Engineering Management from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee, complemented by an Aseptic Processing Certification from Purdue University. He also served as a Non-Commissioned Officer in Communications & Electronics in the United States Marine Corps.

COMPENSATION: Target compensation in the $300K+ range depending on organizational scope, operational responsibilities, incentive structure, and equity participation.
