PROFILE: 20 Years to Experience in the Food Manufacturing Industry, extensive experience in Quality Assurance, demonstrating strong leadership skills and strong focus on detail.

IN LOCATION: Roxbury Township, NJ area

SKILLS & ACHIEVEMENTS:
– 20 years of experience in the Manufacturing INDUSTRY
– Lead the Quality team to a 97% or above success rate in each SQF audit.
– Managed a team of 3 QA professionals, implementing collaborative training that increased team efficiency.
– Implemented strategic plans to improve quality assurance procedures, increasing product quality.
– Spearheaded the HACCP and SQF programs, ensuring that all food safety and quality protocols meet or exceed established industry standards.
– Coordinated with cross-functional teams to support regulatory inspections.
– Foster open communication across all staff levels to create a positive work environment focused on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

EDUCATION: Associate in Graphic Design, HACCP, SQF, FSPCA.

COMPENSATION: Base salary expectation dependent on cost of living and responsibilities but likely in the $130,000, bonus opportunity and benefits.
