SEEKING A ROLE AS: Senior VP or Senior Director of Sales (Retail, Foodservice and/or C-Store) for a small to mid size Meat/Poultry company
IN LOCATION: Arkansas based but open to relocating for the right opportunity
SKILLS & ACHIEVEMENTS:
– Experienced Sales Leader
– P&L responsibility for $500MM overall business
– Integrated Salesforce CRM with SAP for tracking franchisee and sales account updates
– Worked in partnership with buying groups and their leadership teams in frozen foods, deli wall, fresh meats, and service deli
– 270% sales growth at Walmart over 8+ years on the account by creating fresh chicken program, expanding frozen program and creating collaborative marketing and incentive programs
EDUCATION: BSBA – Accounting with a Minor in Finance
