SEEKING A ROLE AS: Director of Supply Chain for a small or mid-sized food processing company in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and Pharmaceutical Industries.

IN LOCATION: Currently living in New Jersey. Open to Worksite preference, indicating flexibility for onsite, hybrid, or remote work.

SKILLS & ACHIEVEMENTS:
This candidate is a highly experienced Commercialization, Supply Chain, and Project Management leader with over 18 years of expertise in CPG and pharmaceutical sectors. She specializes in sales and operations planning (S&OP), integrated business planning (IBP), demand and supply forecasting, inventory optimization, and customer order management. Her proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and improve operational KPIs makes her an asset for organizations seeking to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• 18+ years of experience in Supply Chain and Commercialization within CPG and pharma environments
• Extensive skills in S&OP and IBP processes, demand forecasting, inventory management, and commercial execution
• Managed teams of direct reports, leading initiatives that resulted in a 3.3% increase in OTIF, 12% reduction in inventory, and 22% decrease in operational waste
• Responsible for revenue and volume planning, supply chain execution, and customer service metrics
• Classically trained in demand and supply integration, with a focus on continuous process improvements

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree

COMPENSATION: Base salary expectation in the range of $170,000 plus incentives, dependent on responsibilities and overall package.
