SEEKING A ROLE AS: Sr. VP of Sales in a medium or large company in the baked goods industry

Highly motivated and impactful senior sales leader with the proven ability to influence internal teams and customers to achieve results. Identify and actively develop game-changing business opportunities, executing strategies to improve distribution, shelving, and merchandising. Leverage comprehensive leadership experience and vision to deliver continual innovation and improvements from an analytical, finance, and execution lens.

IN LOCATION: The candidate is in the Kansas City Metro and has been working remotely form coast to coast and is looking for similar remote positions. Open to traveling considerably.

SKILLS:
– 20 years of Sr. sales leadership experience in baked goods category
– Has managed medium to large sales teams
– Has been involved with national sales efforts
– Has been involved with convenience, grocery retail, mass and foodservice channels

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in communications

COMPENSATION: Targeting 250k+, bonus opportunity, benefits, equity, LTI
