SEEKING A ROLE AS: Category/Regional Sales Manager Bakery (Southeast) for a bakery/baked goods company.

IN LOCATION: Currently living in Florida.

With over 15 years of experience in food sales, bakery management, and foodservice operations, this candidate has demonstrated a strong ability to lead sales strategies, manage key client relationships, and drive revenue growth within the food industry. This candidate’s background includes managing large-scale food operations, negotiating vendor contracts, and implementing operational efficiencies. This candidate’s expertise spans customer needs assessment, product formulation, food safety, and team development.
• Food Sales & Business Development: Proven success managing multiple client accounts, improving profit margins, and expanding market reach.
• Leadership & Team Management: Managed teams of up to 15 staff, providing training, mentorship, and operational oversight.
• Revenue & Volume Responsibilities: Consistently achieved sales targets, managed budgets, and optimized product sales across various sectors.
• Category Expertise: Bakery, Food Service, Food Quality, and Operations.
• Classically trained in food presentation, product formulation, and operational improvement.

COMPENSATION:
Base salary expectation around $125-135k, dependent on responsibilities and company location, with potential incentives.
