SEEKING A ROLE AS: Executive / VP Sales and Marketing for a small or mid-sized company in the beverage or wine industry.

IN LOCATION: Currently living in Petaluma, CA. No relocation. Willing to work remotely and travel as needed.

SKILLS & ACHIEVEMENTS:
A seasoned wine and beverage sales executive with over 20 years of experience in national account development, brand building, and strategic category leadership.
-Demonstrates a proven track record of profitable share growth across mass, club, specialty, and grocery retail channels in the U.S.
– Spearheaded multi-million dollar revenue expansions, secured key retail programs, and expertly managed distributor negotiations.
– Adept at P&L management, trade investment strategies, and cross-functional leadership to drive operational excellence and market expansion.

– Experience in the wine industry with a focus on retail and national accounts
– Category management, team leadership, and distributor negotiations
– Track record of growth through business planning, trade strategy, and brand incubation
– Managed teams of direct reports and led successful market entry initiatives

EDUCATION: Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas

COMPENSATION: Base salary expectation in the $175,000 – $250,000 range plus incentives, depending on level of role and responsibilities.
