A senior leader in Revenue Growth Management, Sales, Category Leadership, Merchandising, or Commercial Strategy within a mid–sized or large CPG, grocery retail, or private–label organization, serving customers across retail and omni–channel environments.

A results-driven retail and CPG executive with a strong track record of accelerating revenue, strengthening market share, and leading high–performance teams across grocery, private label, and center–store/fresh categories. Known for shaping data–driven commercial strategies, elevating pricing and promotion capabilities, and partnering with senior leadership to drive profitable, scalable growth. Brings deep experience in national go–to–market execution, consumer insights, and cross–functional leadership across merchandising, marketing, e–commerce, and supply chain.
SKILLS & ACHIEVEMENTS
– 18+ years of experience in grocery retail, private label, and CPG, including category management, sales leadership, and revenue strategy.
– Proven ability to work cross-functionally between sales, marketing, sourcing, procurement, operations, and digital teams to successfully execute programs such as seasonal events, new item launches, pricing optimization, and customer retention.
– Category leadership experience across 600+ Fresh and Center–Store categories supporting a $17B Own Brands portfolio.
– Built and led teams of up to 12+ direct reports, including highly specialized insights, pricing, and planning functions.
– Responsible for category and brand portfolios representing multi–billion–dollar annual revenue.
– Negotiated $4.1M in incremental supplier funding, driving measurable gains in sales, profit, and market share.
– Led large–scale pricing and forecasting initiatives across 2,200+ stores, improving competitive positioning and driving significant revenue and profit growth.
– Classically trained in P&L ownership, pricing strategy, merchandising, consumer insights, and cross–functional leadership.

COMPENSATION
Base salary expectation in the $225,000 – $250,000 range depending on scope of responsibility, incentive structure, equity participation, and overall compensation package.
