SEEKING A ROLE AS: National Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Regional Sales Manager

PROFILE: A successful Sales and Business Development leader with 18+ years of progressive experience driving revenue growth and building strategic partnerships within the Beverage, CPG, Grocery/Retail, and Distributor/Broker industries. Proven track record of securing multimillion-dollar accounts, optimizing trade spend, and managing broker/distributor networks to expand market share. Known for consistently exceeding targets, delivering measurable growth across leading brands, and strengthening relationships with major grocery chains, foodservice operators, and hospitality groups.

IN LOCATION: Currently based in Austin, TX. Open to relocation or remote opportunities.

SKILLS & ACHIEVEMENTS:
– 18+ years of national and regional sales leadership experience across food and beverage CPG and adult beverages across food service and retail channels.
– Managed a $28MM portfolio, generating $1.7MM growth in FY2023.
– Expanded a major hospitality account by $700K in one year, growing total revenue to $4.9MM.
– Secured and grew corporate accounts including Kroger, Publix, Whole Foods, Wegmans, Safeway/Albertsons, Hilton, Costco, HEB, and Walmart.
– Delivered +883 new points of distribution at Publix and rolled out $2MM in national programming at Whole Foods & Walmart.
– Consistently exceeded sales goals by developing innovative trade-dress programming, merchandising strategies, and distributor growth plans.
– Built new territories and launched brands into competitive retail markets, generating millions in new sales growth.

EDUCATION:

COMPENSATION: Base salary expectation in the $130,000–$140,000 range plus performance incentives.
