IN LOCATION: Currently in Portland, OR area, not open to relocating

SKILLS AND ACHIEVEMENTS:
– Implemented a streamlined work order flow process which reduced downtime in maintenance by 50%
– Trained manufacturing personnel in autonomous maintenance practices, empowering teams to proactively manage equipment and minimize unplanned downtime
– Multi-plant responsibility for a foods manufacturer to deliver maintenance solutions that standardize processes

EDUCATION: BS in Business Management & Leadership

COMPENSATION: Base salary expectation dependent on responsibilities but likely in the $180K range plus incentives
