SEEKING A ROLE AS: Human Resources Manager for a small or mid-sized food processing company.

IN LOCATION: Currently living in Mt. Pleasant, WI and not open to relocation. Willing to work in an onsite, hybrid, or remote setting and commute 35 minutes or less each way 5 days a week.

She excels at implementing structured HR strategies that reduce risk, foster compliance, and optimize workforce productivity. Her background includes supporting large-scale, fast-paced teams with a focus on employee relations, workforce analytics, and process improvements.

– Operations HR Leadership with proven success managing HR functions for large teams, including over 430 employees in distribution centers.
– Skilled in developing and executing Workforce Strategy & Execution tailored to high-volume, dynamic settings.
– Adept at Leadership Coaching & Development, enhancing supervisor and managerial effectiveness.
– Extensive experience in HR Process Improvement & Standardization to increase scalability and consistency.
– Proficient in Workforce Analytics & Data-Driven Decision Making to identify trends and proactively address workforce challenges.
– Well-versed in Compliance & Risk Mitigation, including FMLA, OSHA, and workers’ compensation.

EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s Degree in Management from an accredited university.

COMPENSATION:
Base salary expectation dependent on responsibilities but likely in the $90,000 – $110,000 range plus incentives.
