SEEKING A ROLE AS: Vice President of Operations, Chief Operating Officer, Vice President of Food & Beverage, Regional Operations Executive, or General Manager with a hospitality, resort, hotel, or multi-unit foodservice organization seeking transformational leadership and operational excellence.

Recognized for stabilizing operations, improving financial performance, building accountability-driven cultures, and developing high-performing leadership teams through transformational change.

• Proven operational turnaround experience, partnering with ownership groups to stabilize organizations and improve long-term performance
• Portfolio leadership supporting 75 hotels, including 19 full-service properties generating approximately $40M in annual food & beverage revenue
• Full P&L ownership with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, labor optimization, cost control, and financial performance improvement
• Operational process improvement resulting in measurable gains in throughput, guest satisfaction, labor efficiency, and profitability
• Reduced food cost from more than 60% to 29% through purchasing controls, accountability systems, and operational discipline
• Successfully launched new revenue-generating concepts, hospitality experiences, and guest programming to drive asset value and revenue growth

COMPENSATION:
Target base salary is generally in the $175,000–$225,000 range, with flexibility based on the scope of responsibilities, organizational complexity, geographic location, travel requirements, and total executive compensation package, including bonus and long-term incentives.
