SEEKING A ROLE AS: Architectural Designer for a small or mid-sized food processing company in the Engineering.

IN LOCATION: Currently living in Michigan. Open to Onsite, Hybrid, or Remote work based on the candidate’s worksite preference.

SKILLS & ACHIEVEMENTS:
This candidate is a highly experienced Architectural Designer with over 4 years of expertise applying design and construction principles across industrial, commercial, and residential projects. He is skilled in BIM coordination, design development, and producing construction documentation, with a strong focus on compliance, quality, and constructability. His background includes managing architectural teams and producing multi-million-dollar projects.
• Industry Skills: Revit, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, BIM coordination, Construction documentation, Design development, Code compliance, Project management, Client collaboration
• Team Management: Managed architectural teams producing multiple projects monthly
• Responsibilities & Achievements: Led design and construction of projects valued between $8M–$15M, including food and beverage facilities up to $13M.
• Classically trained in: Architecture, with in-depth experience in BIM and technical documentation.

EDUCATION: Bachelor of Architecture

COMPENSATION: Base salary expectation approximately $80,000, dependent on responsibilities and work arrangement.
