CEO/Business Consultant Candidate

SEEKING A ROLE AS: Business/Operations Consultant for a small or mid-sized food processing company in the Manufacturing / CPG / Distribution business sector.

IN LOCATION: Currently located in Wisconsin. Not able to relocate at this time.

SKILLS & ACHIEVEMENTS: Entrepreneurial executive and former owner with 25+ years leading manufacturing, CPG, and distribution operations—especially in regulated, results-driven environments. Known for stabilizing underperforming operations, rebuilding financial and operational systems, and guiding companies through growth and strategic transitions while protecting ownership value and improving accountability.
• 25+ years of industry experience in food processing/CPG manufacturing & distribution (multi-entity operational leadership)
• Category skills: executive leadership, interim controller support, P&L ownership, business restructuring/turnaround, strategic planning, forecasting & budgeting, operational accountability, margin improvement and cost control
• Financial architecture & systems: installed/rebuilt reporting structures and enterprise performance visibility; improved cash management and compliance
• Operational optimization: manufacturing throughput improvements, waste reduction, and disciplined execution across manufacturing, logistics, and brand management
• Revenue impact: advised and led a vertically integrated $25M CPG enterprise with restructuring and performance improvements
• Brand & go-to-market growth: built/launched new CPG brands and product lines; expanded retail distribution and market penetration
• Inventory & supply chain: implemented just-in-time inventory systems achieving a 10-day shelf-to-store cycle
• Team leadership: built a culture of accountability and continuous improvement (managed enterprise workforces and leadership alignment)

COMPENSATION: Base salary expectation in the $200,000 range plus incentives, aligned to cost of living and leadership scope.
