His strengths include commercialization frameworks, sensory evaluation, cost engineering, and team leadership, with experience spanning retail, QSR, and foodservice channels.
– 14+ years of industry experience in food science and R&D leadership within fresh prepared foods, CPG, and flavor-driven categories
– Categories include salad kits, bowls, proteins, sushi, dressings, and more
– Skilled in product development, commercialization, and process optimization
– Managed teams of up to 4 direct reports and cross-functional teams

EDUCATION:

COMPENSATION:
Base salary expectation in the $190,000 range, plus incentives, depending on responsibilities and location.
