SEEKING A ROLE AS: Food Safety and Quality Assurance Manager for a small or mid-sized food processing company, quick-service restaurant or grocery sector.
IN LOCATION: Currently living in MN. Open to relocation to the Pacific Northwest region, preference MN. Worksite preference: onsite or hybrid; open to travel.
SKILLS & ACHIEVEMENTS:
A highly experienced professional in retail food safety and quality assurance with a strong background in regulatory compliance, food safety audits, and HACCP implementation. Demonstrates extensive knowledge of industry standards, safety protocols, and team leadership.
• Over 10 years of experience in food safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance within retail and agricultural sectors
• Expertise in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety audits, and HACCP principles
• Managed teams of food safety and quality assurance professionals
• Responsible for overseeing compliance and safety initiatives impacting multiple retail locations and regulatory bodies, with accountability for maintaining high standards of food safety and regulatory adherence
EDUCATION:
Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Environmental Science Field
COMPENSATION:
Base salary expectation in the 95-100k range plus incentives, dependent on the scope of responsibilities and location.
