IN LOCATION: Currently living in Hazelwood, MO.

Results-driven Operations Manager with extensive experience leading high-volume production environments in the bakery and food manufacturing industries. Proven track record of streamlining processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and maintaining strict safety and quality standards. Skilled in cross-functional leadership, inventory control, and implementing cost-saving initiatives. Adept at managing teams, driving continuous improvement, and leveraging ERP systems for inventory and operational excellence.
• Over 8 years of experience in food manufacturing and operations, specializing in process improvement and production management.
• Core skills include Lean Manufacturing, Process Improvement, Budgeting & Cost Reduction, and ERP systems (SAP, SAGE).
• Experience leading teams of up to 20+ employees across various operational departments.
• Managed cross-functional responsibilities including warehousing, shipping, receiving, production planning, and quality assurance.
• Responsible for overseeing volumes exceeding 25,000 units weekly and achieving significant reductions in inventory shortages and process inefficiencies.

COMPENSATION:
Base salary expectation in the $160,000 range plus incentives.
