- Salary Range: $250,000 – $300,000+ (flexible based on experience)

What You’ll Do:
As the EVP of Sales, you will lead the company’s sales strategy, focusing on expanding retail and wholesale channels. This executive role requires leveraging your existing relationships with major retail and wholesale stakeholders to drive revenue growth and market expansion. You will work closely with internal teams and represent the company at industry events, ensuring strategic account development and margin protection. Your leadership will be pivotal in scaling the sales function and supporting the company’s growth initiatives.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue across retail and wholesale channels
- Cultivate and maintain high-level relationships with key retail and wholesale partners, including major grocery chains and big box retailers
- Lead and mentor the sales team, fostering a high-performance environment
- Negotiate complex contracts, ensuring margin and profitability targets are met
- Collaborate with operations, finance, and supply chain teams to align growth initiatives
- Represent the company at industry conferences and strategic customer meetings
Qualifications You Have:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- 10+ years of senior sales leadership experience in foodservice, produce distribution, or perishables manufacturing
- Proven success in closing large, enterprise-level accounts with retail and wholesale clients
- Strong existing relationships within big box retail and wholesale markets, especially on the West Coast
- Deep understanding of pricing strategies, margin management, and contract negotiations
- Experience leading and developing senior sales professionals
- Executive presence with the ability to engage C-suite stakeholders
