SEEKING A ROLE AS: Learning & Development Manager, Corporate Training Manager, Onboarding Manager, or Corporate Operations Leader within a growing restaurant, hospitality, foodservice, or restaurant technology organization.
IN LOCATION: Currently living in Durham, NC and planning to relocate to the New York City area in December 2026. Worksite Preference: Open to onsite, remote, or hybrid opportunities.
SKILLS & ACHIEVEMENTS: This versatile learning & development and restaurant operations leader brings over seven years of experience spanning hospitality operations, corporate training, franchise openings, team development, education, and community engagement. Their unique background combines hands-on multi-unit restaurant leadership with formal education and training expertise, allowing them to understand both how operators work and how to effectively develop the people leading those operations.
Currently a co-owner/operator of two Timber Pizza Co. locations, this professional previously served as the company’s Corporate Trainer Manager & Learning Development Lead. They built scalable onboarding and training resources, coached General Managers and franchise owners, supported new restaurant openings, and developed operating systems designed to improve consistency and performance across a growing franchise organization.

COMPENSATION: Base salary expectation in the $120,000 – $150,000 range, depending on responsibilities, total compensation, and location.
