This candidate is a seasoned food service operations leader with over 15 years of multi-site, multi-state management experience within the hospitality and food service industry. Proven expertise in P&L ownership, strategic business development, and team leadership, with a track record of securing significant revenue growth and operational excellence. Known for building high-performing teams, developing standards, and driving sustainable business results.
15+ years of experience in food service operations, managing a portfolio exceeding $42 million across 8 states and 35+ locations
Category skills include operations management, P&L oversight, strategic growth, team development, standards & program implementation, and relationship management
Managed teams of direct reports, coaching and developing 4 District Managers and 46 site managers
Responsible for revenue and volume metrics, including securing over $6.25 million in new contracted revenue and protecting more than $2.5 million in annual recurring revenue

EDUCATION: Associate Degree in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America

COMPENSATION: Base salary expectation in the $120,000 range plus incentives, depending on responsibilities and location.
