SEEKING A ROLE AS: Sr. Manager/Director or VP level, of Beverage Operations for a small or mid-sized food processing company in the Food & Beverages industry.

IN LOCATION: Currently living in FL. Open to relocation. Open to onsite, hybrid, or remote work.

This candidate is an accomplished food industry professional with extensive expertise in quality assurance, operations, and manufacturing within the Food & Beverages sector. They bring a comprehensive understanding of safety standards, regulatory compliance, and process improvement, with a proven track record of leading teams and driving operational excellence.
• Over 8 years of experience in food safety, quality assurance, and operations management, primarily in food processing and beverage manufacturing.
• Proficient in implementing and maintaining standards such as BRC, SQF, and HARPC to ensure food safety and regulatory compliance.
• Skilled in team building, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration with experience managing teams of direct reports.
• Responsible for overseeing operations with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency, contributing to revenue growth and operational cost savings.

EDUCATION:
Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management

COMPENSATION:
Base salary expectation in the $200k + range, plus incentives, dependent on responsibilities and location.
