Kinsa is recruiting for: Area Sales Manager – Hygienic Parts
Location: Chicago, Illinois Ideal but remote from the Midwest

Overview:
Our client, a leading company in hygienic design solutions within the equipment industry, is experiencing rapid growth in the North American market. Specializing in solutions that minimize cross-contamination risks, reduce water and cleaning agents, and enhance sustainability, they are dedicated to building collaborative relationships with their customers and creating real value.

As part of their expansion in the U.S., they are seeking a high-performing, consultative sales professional to join their team in the Midwest. This role offers a unique opportunity to be instrumental in developing the company’s presence in a high-growth environment while building and maintaining strong customer relationships and unlocking new business opportunities.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: $95,000 – $110,000
  • Bonus Package: Unlimited bonus/commission – average earnings $145,000-$155,000;
  • Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, Holiday Pay, Retirement

Key Responsibilities and Goals:

  • Expand presence in the Midwest by strengthening relationships with existing customers and developing new business opportunities
  • Drive growth by identifying and capitalizing on market potential in alignment with company’s product portfolio
  • Lead the sales process from prospecting to negotiation and contract closure
  • Build long-term partnerships by offering value-driven solutions and strategic customer engagement
  • Collaborate closely with headquarters and sales team to execute a coordinated growth plan

Competencies Needed For Success:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the food & beverage industry, pharmaceutical sector, or technical machinery sales
  • Proven track record in solution-based selling of tangible products with relatively short sales cycles
  • Ability to manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals
  • Strong business acumen, structured approach, and excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently in the field while collaborating with a cross-location team
