Location: Remote (Central US Region)

Join a close-knit team as a Regional Sales Manager – Midwest and play a pivotal role in driving growth across one of the most exciting markets in the central US. In this leadership position, you’ll develop and execute strategic sales initiatives, nurturing key relationships within the food, beverage, nutrition, and pet industry segments to achieve outstanding revenue and profitability targets.  

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary Range: $130 – 160,000 
• Bonus Potential: 50%

What You’ll Do:

As a trusted partner in the organization, you’ll maintain existing customer relationships while actively seeking new business opportunities across Wisconsin, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Kansas, Nebraska, Iowa, Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, and Michigan. Your entrepreneurial spirit and customer-centric approach will enable you to customize solutions that meet client needs and deliver measurable results.  
What You Bring:

• 5-10+ years of B2B Sales experience in the Food Ingredients industry
• Knowledge of food science or technical background related to food ingredients preferred  
• Experience working with food and beverage clients, including bakery, snack, nutrition, flavor, shelf-stable food, and pet food industries   
• Existing relationships within the Midwest food ingredients market
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills  
• Ability to work independently with a positive and energetic personality  
• Ability to travel up to 60% of the time within the region
