Director of Operations

Location: California (USA)

Compensation & Benefits:

• $150-180K (base salary)
• 20% bonus package
• 401k w/match 100% on the first 3% and 50% on the next 2%. 100% vested on both personal and company contributions immediately.
• Benefits begin 1st day of month following date of hire. Medical, Dental, Vision, Flex Spending, Life and AD&D Insurance, et. al.

Summary:
We are seeking a strong Operations Leader with proven results in the food or beverage industry to lead day-to-day manufacturing operations, while playing a key role in the startup and ramp-up of a new production line.

This role is ideal for a driven operations leader with strong people leadership skills, a passion for continuous improvement, and the potential to advance into broader leadership roles within the organization.

The Director of Operations will be accountable for safety, quality, service, cost, and team engagement, while deploying Lean manufacturing and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles to build reliable, scalable operations.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of food or beverage manufacturing leadership experience, with 5+ years in plant management including high-speed food or beverage manufacturing environment.
• Track record of career progression or readiness for expanded leadership roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field desired, but not required.
• Working knowledge of Lean manufacturing and TPM principles a plus.
