What You’ll Do:
As a Senior FP&A Financial Analyst, you will play a vital role in driving strategic financial planning and analysis to support the company’s growth initiatives. Your expertise will help shape financial strategies, optimize performance, and provide actionable insights to leadership.

• Assist in developing and executing strategic financial initiatives through detailed analysis.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align financial plans with business goals.
• Analyze revenue streams, pricing, and sales performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop financial models to evaluate ROI, cash flow, and investment payback periods.
• Conduct variance analysis comparing actual results to budgets and forecasts.
• Support cross-functional teams in planning for various business scenarios and decision-making processes.

Qualifications You Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or Master’s preferred.
• 3+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related roles.
• Proven success in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial analysis software; experience with ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret complex financial data and present insights clearly.
