SEEKING A ROLE AS: a Human Resources Leader, Chief People Officer

IN LOCATION: Located in Los Angeles. Open to relocation to NY, TX, DC, PA or International.

SKILLS:
– 20+ years experience in building and leading HR programs for complex service & manufacturing
– Experience in private and public organizations undergoing turnaround, rapid growth, transitional business cycles or start-ups
– building people programs
– changing and optimizing organizational infrastructures, technologies, processes and measurement systems to increase value

EDUCATION: BA in History and an Executive MBA in Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University

COMPENSATION: Seeking $300,000 base plus bonus (open to discussion)
