Director of Supply Chain Candidate

SEEKING A ROLE AS: Director of Supply Chain for a small or mid-sized food processing company in the food manufacturing or CPG organization.

IN LOCATION: Currently living in Southeast Florida. Not looking to relocate at this time.

SKILLS & ACHIEVEMENTS:
This candidate is a highly experienced supply chain and operations executive with over 25 years of expertise in global planning, inventory management, and logistics across manufacturing and retail networks. His background includes a proven track record of optimizing supply chain performance, improving forecast accuracy, and achieving operational excellence through KPI-driven strategies and cross-functional leadership.

• Core skills include: Supply Chain Strategy, Demand Planning & Forecasting, Inventory Optimization, S&OP Leadership, ERP & Planning Systems (SAP, Blue Yonder, SAC), KPI Governance, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Production Scheduling, and Logistics Optimization.
• Managed teams of direct reports, overseeing extensive supply chain operations and strategic projects.
• Expertise in global planning, inventory management, Supply Chain Analytics, and logistics across manufacturing and retail networks.
• Responsible for multi-million dollar inventory or revenue volume metrics, ensuring cost-effective, reliable supply chains.
• Classically trained in Supply Chain Management and Operations, with a focus on continuous improvement and process standardization.

EDUCATION: Bachelor of Science in Small Business / Entrepreneurship.

COMPENSATION: Base salary expectation is a minimum of $200k but willing to negotiate depending on scope, total compensation, and growth opportunity.
