Proven track record in scaling brands, opening 50+ locations, and leading high-performing teams across multi-unit regions. Combines culinary training with strategic, executive-level leadership to drive profitability, efficiency, and exceptional customer experiences. Brings the operational grit and vision needed to grow strong teams and deliver lasting results.

LOCATION: Currently living in Long Beach, California — open to relocation and travel up to 75%.

COMPENSATION: Base salary expectations range from $170,000 to $210,000, depending on responsibilities and location, with additional incentives and bonuses.
