SEEKING A ROLE AS: Director or VP of HR of small or mid-sized food or agriculture company.
IN LOCATION: Currently living in Stevens Point, Wisconsin.
SKILLS & ACHIEVEMENTS: 28 years of experience in Human Resources, with the last 10 in the food industry.
In addition to strategic leadership, very hands-on and able to deliver on a wide range of operational and administrative work tasks, including:
– HRIS system conversions and HR project management
– Compensation analysis and workforce planning
– Policy development, handbooks, and career frameworks
– Workplace investigations and employee relations (multi-state)
– Labor contract negotiations and benefits renewals
– Due diligence support at the private equity or company level
– Operational and social audits and QMS support
– Shared services leadership (HR, Finance, IT)
EDUCATION: Bachelor in Business Administration from Columbia Southern University, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR
COMPENSATION: Base salary expectation dependent on cost of living and responsibilities but open from $100,000 for remote and up to $250,000 onsite if relocating.
