SEEKING A ROLE AS: Director of Operations Analytics or similar for a small or mid-sized food processing, cannabis, or nutraceutical company.
LOCATION: Currently living in Southwestern Colorado. Open to Onsite, Hybrid, or Remote work.
SKILLS & ACHIEVEMENTS:
A highly experienced operations and analytics professional with over 10 years of expertise in production planning, demand forecasting, inventory management, and data analysis within highly regulated manufacturing environments. Proven ability to lead teams, optimize processes, and manage large-scale production and supply chain systems to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Skilled in ERP and MRP systems, KPI development, financial modeling, and lean methodologies, with a track record of supporting multi-facility operations generating over $200M in finished goods.
• Over 10 years of experience in manufacturing, with extensive knowledge in biomass and cannabis sectors.
• Strong background in operations, data analysis, demand forecasting, inventory control, and KPI management.
• Experience managing teams of direct reports in fast-paced production environments.
• Responsible for overseeing production output exceeding 100,000 kg annually and managing budgets of over $200M.
• Expertise in ERP systems, BOM structures, and supply chain planning to support multi-site operations.
• S&OP leader with a track record balancing supply and demand to meet revenue and cost objectives
EDUCATION: Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Case Western Reserve University.
COMPENSATION: Base salary expectation in the $100,000 range, plus incentives, depending on responsibilities and cost of living.
